We hire only experienced lawyers

Our lawyers average more than 16 years of experience. Most started their careers at large law firms, where they benefited from rigorous training programs.  They joined a collegial environment at AFRCT to pursue the highest quality work product at a reasonable cost. We are not staffed with junior associates facing steep learning curves and heavy billable hour requirements.  Our clients therefore work with lawyers who don’t require “on the job training” and who are capable of handling a matter from start to finish.

Our investment in technology, coupled with our ongoing efforts to reduce overhead, allow us to offer hourly billing arrangements below those of larger firms, as well as a variety of alternative fee agreements.
