Delian Deltchev is an associate in the Seattle office and has been practicing law for over thirteen years representing businesses and individuals.
He graduated summa cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2005. While in law school, he was a member of the Jessup Moot Court Team and an Associate Editor of the Gonzaga International Law Journal. A native of Bulgaria, Delian speaks English, Russian, and Bulgarian fluently.
Delian has litigated many complex cases through trial and appeal, including cases involving a variety of contract, property, consumer law, and creditor/debtor issues. Delian also has significant bankruptcy law experience. Delian is admitted to practice law in federal and state courts in Washington and Idaho.
Delian has taught Legal Research and Writing as an adjunct professor at Gonzaga University School of Law. He has also completed a fellowship with the Washington Leadership Institute.

Delian represents financial institutions in matters involving loan origination, servicing, and foreclosures.
He also represents parties in real estate matters such as lien foreclosures, priority disputes, boundary disputes, and variety of restrictions on real property such as easement disputes.
He also represents businesses and individuals in contract and other business disputes.
Prior to joining AFRCT, Delian was an attorney at an AmLaw 100 law firm in Seattle, where he litigated cases involving breach of contract, UCC, fraud and misrepresentation, partnership disputes, product liability, catastrophic injury and other torts.
