Erica Deutsch is an associate in AFRCT’s estate planning and tax department.
Erica earned her Juris Doctor degree, graduating cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2011.
She also earned a Master of Laws in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012.
Prior to law school, Erica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Psychology & Law, graduating summa cum laude with Discovery Scholar distinction from the University of Southern California in 2008.
While at Pepperdine, Erica was Magister of the law school’s Phi Delta Phi chapter and Lead Articles Editor of the Pepperdine Law Review.
Additionally, while at Pepperdine, Erica received the distinction of Dean’s Scholar and was recognized for her academic achievements with CALI and Witkin Awards.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys singing, musical theater, and spending time with family and friends.
She specializes in estate and tax planning, trust administration, and probate litigation matters. Erica is a registered tax return preparer with the IRS and a registered tax agent, able to represent clients in property tax matters in front of the California Board of Equalization.
